By accessing and continuing to use our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree that:

- you will comply with them.

Sendblox names, logos, product names and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Sendblox ("Sendblox Trademarks").

Nothing in these Terms grants any right to use any Sendblox Trademark or any third-party trademark.

The Content on our Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely.

You must not establish a link in a way that suggests any form of association, approval or endorsement by us where none exists.

18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by English law.
The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their subject matter.
