By accessing and continuing to use our Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and agree that:

4. Changes to, suspension or withdrawal of the Site

We may update and change our Site and any Content from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business priorities, technology, market practice, applicable law or regulation.

Our Site is currently made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that our Site or any Content will always be available, uninterrupted or free of charge. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Site for business or operational reasons.

Sendblox names, logos, product names and related branding are trademarks or service marks of Sendblox ("Sendblox Trademarks").

18. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Use, their subject matter and formation, and any non-contractual disputes or claims, are governed by English law.

The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or their subject matter.
