Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out rules for using the services provided by Valkari Limited trading as Sendblox ("Sendblox", "we", "us" or "our"), including:
- the Sendblox Platform;
- any related features, integrations and APIs; and
- the public-facing Sendblox website and any associated services
(together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to any other applicable terms, including our Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any agreement we have with you.
If you do not agree to this AUP, you must not use the Services.
1. General principles
You must use the Services:
- only for lawful purposes;
- only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;
- in a way that respects the rights and privacy of others;
- in a way that does not negatively impact the security, stability or performance of the Services or our infrastructure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your accounts and for ensuring that your users comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited content
You must not use the Services to upload, generate, send, share, store or otherwise process any content that:
- is illegal or encourages illegal activity;
- infringes any intellectual property or other rights of any person;
- is defamatory, deceptive, fraudulent or misleading;
- is harassing, abusive, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
- contains child sexual abuse material or exploits or harms minors;
- promotes violence, terrorism or serious harm;
- contains viruses, malware or harmful code;
- violates confidentiality obligations or privacy rights;
- is otherwise objectionable or inappropriate in a way likely to cause harm.
Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted content generated using the Services and ensuring that such content complies with this AUP and applicable law.
3. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use the Services to send spam, unsolicited bulk communications or messages without appropriate consent or lawful basis;
- use misleading or falsified identities, headers, sender information or subject lines;
- attempt to hide bounces, complaints or abuse signals;
- use the Services to harass, stalk, threaten or harm others;
- use the Services to conduct phishing, fraud or other deceptive practices;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks or data;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent security or access controls;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our explicit permission;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers or networks, including via denial-of-service attacks;
- use automated means (such as bots or scripts) to access the Services in a way that may degrade performance or violate rate limits;
- resell, lease or provide access to the Services to third parties in violation of our terms.
4. Email and communications
When using the Services to send emails or other communications, you must:
- comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including anti-spam and electronic marketing rules);
- ensure that you have a lawful basis and appropriate permissions to contact recipients;
- include any required disclosures and contact information;
- provide clear methods for recipients to opt out or unsubscribe from communications and honour such requests promptly;
- avoid sending communications that are deceptive, abusive, harmful or misleading.
We may impose volume, rate or reputation-related limits to protect the integrity of our email infrastructure and to reduce spam and abuse.
5. Data, privacy and security
You must not use the Services to:
- upload or process Restricted Data (such as special category personal data, criminal convictions data, children’s data, payment card data, government identifiers or other highly sensitive personal data) unless expressly agreed by Sendblox and supported by appropriate safeguards;
- improperly collect, use or disclose personal data, or violate privacy or data protection laws;
- attempt to access or use personal data that you are not authorised to access;
- share login credentials or otherwise compromise account security.
You must implement reasonable security measures to protect your accounts, credentials and any data you store or process using the Services.
6. Use of AI-assisted features
The Services may include AI-assisted features, such as automated content generation, recommendations or analysis.
When using these features, you must:
- review AI-generated content before using it in outreach or other communications;
- ensure that generated content complies with this AUP and applicable law;
- avoid relying on AI output to make unlawful, discriminatory or high-risk decisions without appropriate human oversight;
- not attempt to use AI features to produce prohibited content or conduct prohibited activities.
7. Reporting abuse and violations
If you become aware of any breach of this AUP or misuse of the Services, you should notify us promptly at:

We may investigate any suspected violation and may request additional information to help us assess the situation.
8. Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate if we believe that you or your users have breached this AUP, including:
- issuing warnings;
- requiring you to take corrective steps;
- suspending or limiting access to the Services;
- removing or disabling access to content;
- terminating accounts or agreements;
- reporting activity to competent authorities where required or appropriate.
The actions we take will depend on the nature and severity of the violation and may be taken without prior notice where necessary.
9. Changes to this AUP
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law, regulation, risk or our Services. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and update the "Last updated" date above.
Your continued use of the Services after an update will constitute your acceptance of the updated AUP.
