Join Sendblox at an early stage and help build our voice, audience and community from the ground up. Own our day-to-day social presence, turn product updates and ideas into engaging content, and grow into a paid long-term role as Sendblox scales.
Sendblox is building a smarter way for businesses to run personalised outreach at scale.
We help SMEs and SMBs create more relevant, individual communication using AI, while connecting with the CRM and sales tools they already use.We are looking for a part-time Social Media & Community Manager who wants to join an early-stage company and take real ownership of how Sendblox shows up online.
This is not a role where you simply receive a monthly content calendar and post it.
You will help shape the voice, content style, community and day-to-day presence of the brand.
You will work closely with the founding team to turn product updates, ideas, customer problems, industry conversations and company progress into content people actually want to engage with.
What you’ll do
Own Sendblox’s day-to-day social media presence
Plan and publish regular content across relevant platforms
Turn product updates and company activity into engaging posts
Create short-form written content, simple visuals and social assets
Help develop the Sendblox tone of voice
Engage with relevant conversations, communities and potential customers
Respond to comments, messages and community activity
Identify useful trends, topics and conversations in sales, CRM, AI and outreach
Repurpose longer-form content into social posts
Support launches, partnerships, affiliate activity and campaigns
Help grow awareness, followers, engagement and ultimately traffic to Sendblox
Track what performs and continuously improve the content approach
What we’re looking for
You do not need to come from a large marketing department.
We are looking for someone who understands social media, communicates naturally and enjoys building something from an early stage.
You should have:
Strong written English
A good instinct for clear, engaging social content
Experience managing social media accounts, communities or content
Confidence working independently
Good visual judgement
An understanding of LinkedIn and other relevant B2B channels
An interest in AI, SaaS, sales, marketing or technology
The ability to turn rough ideas into polished content
A proactive mindset — seeing opportunities rather than waiting for instructions
Experience with startups, SaaS, B2B marketing, CRM, sales technology or AI would be useful but is not essential.
How the role works
This is an early-stage, part-time opportunity.
Sendblox is currently building its commercial base, so this role is designed for someone who wants to contribute early, help shape the brand and grow with the business.
At the beginning, the role will be flexible and weighted towards contribution, ownership and building the platform with us.
As Sendblox revenue grows, the intention is to move the role into regular paid part-time work and, for the right person, potentially a salaried position.
We want someone who sees value in joining early and having a meaningful role in what the company becomes.
Why join now?
Because the interesting part has not already been decided.
You will have the opportunity to:
Shape the Sendblox social voice
Build our community from the ground up
Influence how the brand presents itself
Work directly with the founding team
Experiment with content formats and ideas
See your work directly affect company growth
Grow your role as Sendblox grows
Build something you can genuinely point to as yours
This would suit someone who enjoys startups, wants more ownership than a traditional social media role and likes the idea of helping turn an early product into a recognised brand.
