Bring your contacts in from the tools you already use

Sendblox connects to the CRMs and spreadsheets where your contacts already live. You review every draft before it sends.

  • HubSpot: Pull HubSpot contacts into an audience, then write notes and unsubscribe status back to the contact.
  • Capsule: Sync Capsule parties into an audience and write a note back after a message is sent.
  • Google Sheets: Sync rows from a Google Sheet into an audience. Sendblox does not write those rows back. Google Drive is the file picker on the same Google sign-in, and it is not an audience.
  • Airtable: Sync an Airtable table into an audience with OAuth or a personal access token. Records are not written back.
  • Salesforce: Sync Salesforce contacts into an audience, then write an unsubscribe flag and a task back.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Sync Dynamics 365 contacts into an audience and write an annotation note after a message is sent.
  • Google Drive: Pick files from Google Drive inside Sendblox. Drive is a file picker, not a contact audience.

What a connection does

Contacts come in

Sendblox reads people from the connected tool into an audience. You choose what to sync.

You stay in control

Sendblox drafts one message per person. Nothing sends until you approve it.

A record goes back

Where the integration supports it, Sendblox can write a note or an unsubscribe flag back to the source record. Sheets and Airtable do not get that write-back.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the email send from?

Email sends from Sendblox. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Do I need a CRM?

No. Google Sheets and Airtable work. Sendblox reads rows from a Google Sheet, or a table from Airtable, into an audience.

Is Google Drive a contact source?

No. Drive is a file picker, not a contact audience. It does not sync people.
