Your AI assistant manages your outreach

Connect your favourite AI assistant to Sendblox and turn simple instructions into real campaign actions. Create personalised outreach, manage sequences, check performance and work with your CRM-connected campaigns without jumping between tools.

Get Started with Sendblox See How It Works

Stop navigating dashboards. Start talking to your campaigns.

What if your AI assistant could actually do the work?

The assistant already writes the campaign. Without MCP that work stops at copy and paste. With Sendblox MCP the same conversation reaches the campaign tools you authorised.

Without MCP: You → AI assistant → copy and paste → marketing software.

With Sendblox MCP: You → AI assistant → Sendblox MCP → campaign tools. Preview, approval and send stay distinct.

What users can do

Create campaigns by conversation

Ask a connected assistant to prepare an outreach campaign. Sendblox creates it as a draft or hold, and nothing launches from that step.

Example: Help me create an outreach campaign for these prospects.

Work with campaign copy in review

The assistant can read, edit, approve or reject per-contact review items. That is how copy is changed through MCP today.

Example: Show me the campaign messages and tighten the first line.

Automatic copy generation through MCP is not a live tool.

Manage follow-up sequences

Create or preview an email sequence with delays and stop-on-reply, bounce or unsubscribe. The sequence is intent-level, not a provider payload.

Example: Prepare a follow-up sequence for contacts who have not engaged.

Understand campaign performance

Read persisted campaign counters: sends, opens, clicks and the other totals Sendblox already stores. Missing metrics stay empty.

Example: Show me which campaigns are performing best.

Work with connected CRM data

List connected integrations and prepare an audience from a supported source. HubSpot, Capsule, Airtable, Google Sheets and a manual list are available through MCP.

Example: Help me prepare outreach using my connected CRM audience.

Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Apollo are connected in the Sendblox app. They are not MCP audience sources yet.

Review before sending

Launch still requires the launch and send permissions, and it re-runs preflight. Manual review holds every message until it is approved.

Example: Show me the campaign and messages before anything goes out.

How it works

  1. Create a connection in Sendblox: As an organisation admin on Growth or Scale, open Account settings, then MCP. Create a connection and copy the token. The key is shown once. Do this before you touch the assistant.
  2. Add Sendblox in your assistant: Look for a Sendblox plugin or connector in the chat agent you already use.

If Sendblox is listed: Click Add and authenticate with the connection you just created.

If it is not: Give your assistant the setup snippet from Sendblox. If that agent supports MCP, it will create the direct connection.

  3. Ask it to work: Describe the campaign, sequence or review in ordinary language. Sendblox runs only the tools that key allows. Launch, send and approval stay behind those permissions.

How to connect

  1. In Sendblox, open Account settings → MCP and create a connection. Copy the token. It is shown once.
  2. In your chat agent, look for a Sendblox plugin or connector.
  3. If Sendblox is listed, click Add and authenticate.
  4. If it is not listed, give the assistant the setup snippet from Sendblox. If that agent supports MCP, it will create the direct connection.
  5. The customer endpoint is https://www.sendblox.io/mcp. Revoke the key in Sendblox if it is lost or no longer needed.

Who is Sendblox MCP for?

Founders and small businesses

Run outreach without switching between a dashboard, a CRM and a chat window for every draft.

Sales and growth teams

Prepare, pause, inspect and understand campaigns from the same conversation that already holds the brief.

Agencies and consultants

Work inside the client accounts you are authorised to access. MCP stays inside that organisation’s boundary.

AI agents and automation builders

Give an MCP-capable workflow a standardised interface to real Sendblox campaign tools, not a paste-and-hope export.

Sendblox is the outreach execution platform. MCP is the connection layer. It does not replace the CRM or the assistant.

Supported AI assistants and compatibility

Cursor (Documented)

Add the customer MCP URL in Cursor Settings → MCP, or in the project mcp.json, with the key from Sendblox.

Claude (Documented)

Claude Desktop can reach the customer endpoint through the remote MCP helper. Setup steps live in the Sendblox MCP tab.

ChatGPT (Documented)

ChatGPT can add an MCP server from Settings → Connectors when that feature is available on the account.

Grok (Documented)

Grok can add a custom MCP connector with the customer URL and the Authorization header from Sendblox.

Other MCP-capable clients can use the same Streamable HTTP customer endpoint. That is technical compatibility, not a verified partnership.

Pricing and availability

Sendblox MCP is included on Growth (£499 a month) and Scale (£999 a month). It is not included on Free or Starter. Enterprise can include it when Sendblox enables it on that organisation. See Sendblox pricing.

Trust, security and control

Connections are created by an organisation admin and stay inside that account. Each key has explicit scopes. Launch, send and review approval are optional. Consequential tools are audited. Contact lists are bounded. Secrets and provider credentials are never returned. Revoke a key in Sendblox at any time.

Frequently asked questions

What is Sendblox MCP?

Sendblox MCP is the Model Context Protocol connection for the Sendblox app. A compatible AI assistant can call authorised campaign tools in your account: create drafts, manage sequences, read analytics, and work the review queue. It is not a chatbot bolted onto a dashboard, and it is not the website MCP used to draft marketing pages.

How does Sendblox MCP work?

You create a connection in Sendblox Account settings, on Growth or Scale, as an organisation admin. Your assistant sends signed requests to the customer MCP endpoint. Each tool runs with the scopes on that connection, inside your organisation, and writes an audit record.

What can an AI assistant do with Sendblox?

It can prepare outbound email campaigns, create sequences, list and edit review items, read campaign status and stored analytics, list senders and integrations, and, with extra permission, launch, pause or resume a campaign. It cannot invent meetings, dump unlimited contacts, or send mail without the launch and send scopes.

Can I use MCP to manage email campaigns?

Yes. Campaign in this context is an outbound email campaign on sendblox.io, not a web page. Create stays in draft or hold. Launch is a separate, permissioned step that re-runs preflight.

Does Sendblox MCP replace my CRM?

No. Sendblox remains the outreach execution platform. The CRM stays the source of your contacts. MCP is the connection layer between a compatible assistant and Sendblox.

Which AI assistants support Sendblox MCP?

Sendblox ships connection guides for Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and Grok. Any client that can add a Streamable HTTP MCP server with an Authorization header can point at the customer endpoint. That is a documented connection method, not a partnership badge.

Is Sendblox MCP included in every plan?

No. MCP is included on the Growth plan at £499 a month and the Scale plan at £999 a month. It is not part of Free or Starter. Enterprise can include it when Sendblox enables it on that organisation.

Do I need technical experience to use it?

Create a connection and token in Sendblox Account settings first. Then look for a Sendblox plugin or connector in your assistant. If it is there, click Add and authenticate. If it is not, give the assistant the setup snippet. If that agent supports MCP, it will create the direct connection. After that, you describe the work in ordinary language.

Can I review campaigns before sending?

Yes. Creating a campaign does not send it. Launch requires campaign:launch and email:send, re-runs preflight, and manual review holds every message until it is approved. Approval of a review item marks that contact sendable; it does not send on its own.

What is the difference between MCP and traditional marketing automation?

Traditional automation runs a sequence you built in a dashboard. MCP lets a compatible assistant call the same Sendblox campaign tools through conversation, still inside your permissions, still with review before send. The assistant does not replace the CRM, and it does not bypass Sendblox.
